Our diverse team is passionate about wellness with backgrounds ranging from Pilates and yoga to clinical psychology and law. Our team at Manna Wellness works hard behind the scenes to provide the best possible care from the moment you enter, until you leave our Pilates studio and clinics.

DIRECTOR/CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Greg, along with his wife Lauren, is one of the Directors at Manna Wellness. With degrees in psychology and philosophy and the privilege of speaking to so many clients in both hospital settings and private practice over the years, Greg is passionate about thinking carefully and deeply about how to live a full and meaningful life.
With the belief that human beings are integrated creatures with a mind, body and soul, Greg has a deep respect for the scientific method while also valuing long standing traditions which prioritise the development of wisdom and an overarching metanarrative to life.
Having played elite level tennis for his entire young life and briefly playing professionally as a young adult, Greg also understands the value of integrating fitness and movement when it comes to achieving overall health.

STUDIO CONSULTANT
As one of the many balls that she juggles, Sammy assists with the management of our Guildford Pilates studio.
While being one of our core reformer Pilates instructors she is also broadly skilled with an elite gymnastics background and tertiary level qualifications in exercise, sports and rehabilitation science and psychology.
She is much loved by our community and committed to developing strong, respectful relationships in the studio to provide a safe and encouraging environment for clients.

PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR
Kerrie is a warm and genuine professional with experience across a range of industry sectors including healthcare, fitness, hospitality and retail property management. Kerrie holds down the fort in our Perth Hills clinic and is also passionate about yoga instructing, health and wellbeing.

DIRECTOR
Lauren is one of the Directors at Manna Wellness and a mother of two. A lawyer by trade, Lauren has an intimate understanding of the toll our unrelenting, high-pressure and fast-paced modern world has on our health and wellbeing.
Having personally navigated the challenges of living with and managing an autoimmune condition, Lauren is deeply passionate about helping others to address chronic health difficulties through laying strong foundations and endeavoring to address the root cause of problems holistically.
Lauren’s background in movement as an elite athlete and WAIS runner has also heavily shaped her passion for integrating movement and exercise as a key component when approaching health holistically.

PILATES STUDIO MANAGER
We are incredibly fortunate to have such a talented and highly experienced Senior Pilates Instructor and Studio Manager on board the team at Manna.
After living in the UK for 11 years, Barbi now lives in Perth and is eager to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives here. Barbi is a certified personal trainer, pre and post-natal coach and Lagree instructor, with extensive experience in Reformer Pilates at some of London’s top boutique fitness studios. She also has a wealth of experience in injury prevention, corrective training and specialised training for pregnant and post-natal clients.
Barbi believes in a holistic approach to fitness, incorporating meditation, yoga, and breathwork into her own personal practice. She tailors every session to focus on both body and mind, fostering a holistic approach that considers overall well-being and encourages mental clarity alongside physical fitness.
