Our Consultant Psychiatrist, Dr Antonia Momber, offers psychiatry services at our Darlington centre for children adolescents aged up to 18 years with any mental health symptoms or function concerns. These may include difficulties with early childhood, mood, anxiety, behaviour, sense of self, family or interpersonal stress, past trauma, concentration and energy, and neurodevelopmental symptoms such as attentional difficulties or complex disorder.

Our psychiatry services at Manna Wellness involve both standard specialist child and adolescent psychiatry and integrative assessment and care (including for more complex conditions). This involves assessment of underlying health factors that may contribute to cognitive and emotional symptoms, as well as physical health differences. These include nutrient absorption and functions in the body, and how our habits, metabolic gene, microbiome and toxin exposure differences can be found to exacerbate or support the biochemical processes important to brain functions.

Our Consultant Psychiatrist, Dr Momber, also works collaboratively with clients and their families in developing an understanding lifestyle approaches play and also when more detailed assessment or intervention may be relevant. This may be solely with Dr Momber, or alongside additional practitioners including a nutritional health practitioner or a client’s GP.
Dr Momber can assess for mental health and biological contributions to attention and hyperactivity symptoms.
FEES & REBATES

First Assessment with Psychiatrist: $735 (Medicare rebate of $237 with a valid MHCP)
Second Assessment: $490 - $710 (Medicare rebate of $167 - $326 with a valid MHCP)
Ongoing Appointments: $490 or less (Medicare rebate of $167 or less with a valid MHCP)

Manna Wellness provides psychiatry services to NDIS participants that are self-managed and/or planned managed.

Private Health Insurance rebates may be available. They are to be completed by the client after payment is made and vary between funds. Please make enquiries with your health fund before attending your session.

We require at least 48 hours notice for any rescheduled appointment or cancellations, otherwise the following fees apply:
Cancellation (within 48 hours prior to appointment) — $70
Cancellation (within 24 hours prior to appointment) — 50% of fee
Cancellation within 12 hours or Non-Attendance — Full fee charged.
Medicare and private health rebates are not claimable for missed appointments.
REFERRALS
At Manna Wellness, we receive referrals from GP’s, paediatricians, psychiatrists, other allied health professionals, government agencies and other community organisations. In addition, we offer advice about your eligibility to receive financial support including a Medicare rebate.
